We absolutely love visiting Allerton Castle to photograph weddings. There are so many opportunities to create amazing photos from start to finish.  We really love that the castle has such grandeur yet feels so welcoming at the same time.

It is possible to invite up to 120 guests for your civil ceremony and wedding breakfast for Allerton Castle weddings and have up to 200 for your evening reception. Allerton Castle allows you exclusive use of both their indoor and outdoor spaces surrounding the castle. There are plenty of stunning and unique spaces to create the best Allerton Castle wedding photographs. I particularly adore the drawing room, which is one of THE best rooms I have photographed in. 

The entrance into the civil ceremony for the bride via the ornate staircase adds a sense of drama and makes for amazing photo opportunities.

After drinks and canapés at the back of the castle in the Memorial Garden we usually would steal the newlyweds away for a few relaxed wedding portraits. After any family photographs, guests are invited to return inside to the spectacular Ballroom for the wedding breakfast, speeches and cutting of the cake. This opulent space with ornate high ceilings and chandeliers is such a luxurious space for your wedding breakfast. Usually the Great Hall has been transformed during this time ready for the party to begin!
