Panchini Ceremony at Styal Lodge, Cheshire
An Asian wedding is always filled with colour from beginning to end. This is the beautiful engagement ceremony, or Panchini, that we had the privilege of photographing earlier this month at Styal Lodge. We cannot wait to photograph the following events including the Gaye Holud, Uptan, Mendhi, Wedding and Walima. It”s going to be amazing!
We arrived at the bride’s family home to photograph some of the elegant details, such as the bride-to-be’s Jimmy Choos and Tiffany keyhole bracelet, and preparations for this event before heading to Styal Lodge. Styal Lodge is a unique and intimate venue. The staff are always so attentive and welcoming – we love working here! The room was dressed beautifully and styled to perfection. There was even a Pashley Princess bicycle with a basket full of flowers propped up outside. Lots of careful planning and imagination had been put into this day which can be seen by the photographs below.
