Eaves Hall Wedding Photography

Meet Stephanie & Rob. Their Eaves Hall winter wedding was a wonderful day full of personal touches, family…and a lot bit of rain!

The weather didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits at this wonderful winter wedding. Stephanie, her bridesmaids and mum were getting ready at The Lodge at the gates of Eaves Hall in Lancashire.

We had the privilege of meeting and working alongside two super lovely ladies. Make-up artist Maxine Smith was responsible for beautifying Stephanie and her bridesmaids and Vicky Nixon-Millington of Vicky M Hair for all of their elegant hair styles.

Storm Desmond had shown up as an uninvited wedding guest as Stephanie and Team Bride were leaving for church. Tobiah had been to catch up with Rob and his groomsmen earlier on at the couple’s home before heading to the church with the guys.

Big thank you to Malvern Cars for Laura’s ride to the church! Once we arrived at the ceremony, it was all systems go to get the Stephanie and her bridesmaids into the church as quickly as possible as the rain poured down.

The ceremony was personal and extra special as Stephanie and Rob only live a few minutes walk from church and attend regularly.

It was straight to Eaves Hall for champagne and canapés after a few portraits inside the church. Storm Desmond was still sticking around until finally, after dinner, he realised he’d outstayed his welcome! This meant that after dinner and speeches we could nip outside without being totally drenched and create some awesome photos. One of our favourites from today is this backlit shot of our fabulous couple outside Eaves Hall. Although the weather had been a little unwelcome, the big puddles left behind from hours of rain worked in our favour in this case!

Stephanie and Rob were an absolute delight to be around. Easy going, fun and totally loved up. Just how we love our couples to be!
