We had the absolute pleasure of photographing the beautiful love story of Esther and Josh, a couple whose journey we’ve had the privilege to be a small part of from years ago. I first met this lovely couple several years ago at the wedding of Amelia and Charles who had a beautiful Marquee Wedding in Derbyshire. I remember taking a photograph of Esther & Josh kissing each other during the wedding breakfast, completely unaware that the photograph was being taken. How nice it was to know how much they treasured that photograph and eventually how it lead to me photographing their wedding! How excited I am to share with you their very own fairytale wedding at the breathtaking Brympton House, nestled near Yeovil in Somerset.
Brympton House: A Historic Gem
Brympton House holds a rich history that adds to its charm as a perfect wedding venue. Its origins date back to the 13th century, and it boasts stunning architecture and immaculate grounds. Esther & Josh: A Day of Unforgettable Moments
Esther looked radiant in her sophisticated Dany Tabet lace wedding dress, elegantly adorned with sleeves, while Josh exuded timeless charm in a classic black tie ensemble. Esther & Josh exchanged vows in the pituresque St. Andrews church, the chapel nestled within the Brympton House estate.
The day unfolded beautifully as Esther and Josh were showered with confetti after saying “I do” exiting the chapel to their family and friends congratulations. Leading their joyous guests, they proceeded to the rear terrace at Brympton House for a delightful drinks reception and fabulous canapés. Every detail of the wedding decor had been planned to perfection, reflecting the couple’s impeccable taste and creating an atmosphere of enchantment.
The Wedding Reception & Speeches
Esther & Josh, along with their loved ones, enjoyed a beautiful in wedding breakfast in the Salon. The air was filled with love and laughter as heartfelt and emotional speeches were given, leaving not a dry eye in the room. It was a true testament to the deep bonds and cherished relationships that Esther and Josh held dear.
Golden Hour Wedding Photographs
As the evening sun bathed the landscape in a warm, golden glow, we had the privilege of capturing Esther and Josh’s love for each other. The ethereal light of the summer evening added an enchanting touch to their portraits. It was amazing how everything came together. Each frame we captured made me more and more excited!
A Sparkler Exit to Remember:
The celebration continued as the couple made their way to the party barn at Brympton House, where they had prepared a wonderful choreographed first dance. With a sparkler exit, Esther and Josh followed by the guests enjoyed the party well into the early hours.
